Cancellation & Refund Policy

I. Policy will be applicable as per the Rate Plan.

II. In case of an early departure, retention charges equivalent to the balance unutilized room nights will be levied and no amount will be refunded or carried forward by the Hotel.

III. In case of NO SHOW, retention charges equivalent to total room nights booked, will be charged.

IV. The Hotel reserves the right to release guaranteed and non-guaranteed reservations with prior information, without any liabilities.

V. The refund is processed within 15-20 working days and is re-sent via the same payment mode that was used for making the payment – credit card/bank account.

    We hope you and your loved ones are well and taking all necessary precautions associated with COVID-19.

    The safety and welfare of our guests is of utmost importance to us. With this in mind, we have conducted a vigorous vaccination drive for all our employees and are happy to share that the staff at our properties is completely vaccinated with both doses of the vaccination.

    In collaboration with our safety and hygiene partner Diversey and our wellness consultants, we are adhering to specified sanitising and disinfecting protocols as advised by Indian MoHFW for disinfection of hotels with particular focus on high-touch items, surfaces and fixtures. We have increased the frequency and intensity of cleaning public spaces to assure a safe and clean environment. Also, our hotels are following all COVID protocols stated by the Rajasthan government, including event capacity limits set in place, to allow physical distancing.

In light of the same, we have updated our reservation and cancellation policies to provide greater flexibility during these unprecedented times.


    For reservations made through travel agencies or any other channel, we request you to contact the respective agency/ online portal, if further assistance is required.

    Free cancellation for cancellation up to 30 days to the arrival, 50% cancellation for cancellation within 30 days to the arrival, 100% cancellation for cancellation within 21 days to the arrival.

    Please note, any cancellation received due to the government restriction during the pandemic, we would be pleased to offer an extension on your stay.
